Do not open the VCast software, sync from the phone which will launch the VCast software. I don't think I have the correct drivers on my computer for the phone and would like to download them if possible. But there is one problem, i need some software to transfer music. I was wondering if anybody out there knows how the fix the problem im having with my phone.
